Almond Butter Energy Bites
Yield: 18-20 energy bites
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pitted dates
- 1 cup almonds
- 2 TBS almond butter
- 1 TBS unsweetened almond milk
- 2 TBS cocoa powder
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp salt
- More almond butter for drizzling
Directions:
- Lay waxed paper on counter.
- Process dates and almonds in food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix.
- Roll into 1 TBSP balls.
- Warm almond butter and drizzle over balls.
- Store in refrigerator.
