Almond Butter Energy Bites

Almond Butter Energy BitesYield: 18-20 energy bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pitted dates
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 2 TBS almond butter
  • 1 TBS unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 TBS cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • More almond butter for drizzling

Directions:

  1. Lay waxed paper on counter.
  2. Process dates and almonds in  food processor.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
  4. Roll into 1 TBSP balls.
  5. Warm almond butter and drizzle over balls.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
